sakuraexchangeWelcome to Sakura Exchange’s 2025 round! Sakura Exchange is a spring exchange for relationships in Japanese media.
Mediums: Fic and art
Minimums: 1000 words, or clean lineart on unlined paper
Matching: fandom, relationship and medium
Signups: 11 April - 19 April
Assignments out by: 20 April
Assignments Due: 7 June
Works Revealed: 14 June
Creators Revealed: 21 June

This round, we are changing the requirements for signing up. Participants will be able to request 1 fandom at minimum. Only participants requesting at least 3 distinct fandoms will be guaranteed a gift. Pinch hits will still be sent out for those requesting below 3 fandoms, but the collection will not be delayed if their pinch hit is not claimed. Anyone who requested fewer than 3 distinct fandoms and is a post-deadline pinch hit will be contacted and given 48 hours past the deadline to add additional fandoms if they wish.
In addition, participants will also be able to offer 1 fandom at minimum, so long as they are matchable when signups close.
Exchange guidelines have been updated to reflect the changes in fandom minimums. You can view the exchange guidelines here.
